Account Registration

To access any real-money game, sports betting market, or financial transaction on win88bd, you must register a personal account. Registration is free of charge and available to eligible adults (18+) residing in Bangladesh.

You may register and maintain only one (1) single account on win88bd. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — your username, password, and any associated mobile banking PIN or OTP codes used in the deposit and withdrawal process. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. win88bd will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

win88bd reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Verification documents that may be requested include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate, and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in a hold on your account pending document submission.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register. By completing registration you declare that you are 18 or over. win88bd may request age verification documents at any time. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users will be immediately closed and all deposited funds returned to the original payment source after applicable verification.

Each player is permitted exactly one active account. Accounts sharing the same National ID, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address cluster, or bKash/Nagad/Rocket/Upay account number will be treated as duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended without prior notice and any pending withdrawals will be held pending review.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact win88bd support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp. win88bd will never ask for your full password by phone, email, or chat. Sharing your password or allowing others to use your account is a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

win88bd may request KYC documents before processing any withdrawal above ৳10,000 or at any time deemed necessary for security purposes. Accepted documents include:

Minimum Deposit

No Hidden Fees

win88bd does not charge any processing fee on deposits or withdrawals. You deposit Bangladeshi Taka and withdraw Bangladeshi Taka — there is no currency conversion and no commission deducted by the Platform.

All deposits and withdrawals on win88bd must be conducted using payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing or withdrawing using a mobile banking account belonging to another person — including a family member — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions. win88bd will not process withdrawals to any account that does not match the verified identity on file for your player account.

win88bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account is newly registered, or where unusual transaction patterns have been detected. In such cases a temporary hold may be placed on the withdrawal pending completion of verification.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile banking method used for the most recent deposit, unless a change of payment method has been verified and approved by the win88bd payments team. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and protect player funds.

win88bd operates player fund segregation — your deposited balance is maintained separately from the operational funds of the Platform. This ensures that your balance is not used for operational costs and is available for withdrawal upon request, subject to the verification and processing procedures set out above.

Fraudulent Chargebacks: Any player who initiates a fraudulent chargeback, reversal, or dispute via their mobile banking provider after completing a deposit on win88bd will have their account immediately suspended. The amount disputed will be recorded as a debt owed to win88bd. Repeated or large-scale fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to the relevant mobile financial service provider.

Bonus Policy

Wagering Requirements: All bonuses awarded by win88bd are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement specifies the total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Players are advised to review the specific wagering requirement before claiming any bonus.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified, eligible players who have completed the registration process and whose accounts are in good standing. Bonuses are not available to players who are self-excluded, under temporary suspension, or subject to an account review. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated bonus funds are subject to an expiry period. Game Contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots and crash games typically contribute 100% of each wager towards wagering requirements; live casino table games (roulette, baccarat, blackjack) typically contribute at a lower rate; sports betting contributions vary by market and odds. User Obligations

Section 6

Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are expressly prohibited on win88bd. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (including real-money and bonus funds), and may be subject to further legal action.

Automated Betting Systems

Use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence systems, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform without direct human input in real time is strictly forbidden and will result in permanent account closure.

Collusion & Match Fixing

Money Laundering

Exploiting Software Errors

Fraudulent Chargebacks

Section 7

Account Closure

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your win88bd account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or WhatsApp. Before closing your account, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your verified mobile banking account. Bonus funds and wagering-requirement balances are not withdrawable upon voluntary account closure unless the applicable wagering requirements have been fully met.

Closure by win88bd: win88bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

  • Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
  • Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the specified timeframe.
  • Engagement in any prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6.
  • Initiation of a fraudulent chargeback or payment dispute.
  • Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
  • Any activity that win88bd reasonably believes to constitute fraud, money laundering, or criminal conduct.

Where an account is closed by win88bd for legitimate regulatory or security reasons (and not as a result of the player's own misconduct), any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's most recently verified mobile banking account within 14 business days, after deduction of any amounts owed to the Platform.

Dormant Accounts: An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. win88bd will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder before applying a monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳100 to dormant account balances. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact the support team.

How to Close Your Account:

Self-Exclusion is Binding: Once a self-exclusion request is processed, win88bd will not lift the exclusion early under any circumstances, regardless of the reason given. This policy exists to protect players' long-term wellbeing.

Limitation of Liability

win88bd provides the Platform and its Services on an "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, win88bd shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive — arising from:
